The deal
The Burger Lab is a small Cape Town burger joint run by family and mates. This app is here to make your visits more fun — loyalty stamps, leaderboards, referrals, the lot. By using it, you agree to the points below.
Be cool to each other
Don’t use the app to harass anyone, post nasty stuff, or pretend to be someone else. We’ll remove accounts that ruin the fun.
One account per person
Don’t make a bunch of accounts to farm stamps or referral points — that’s cheating. We’ll wipe extras and keep the original.
Stamps & vouchers
Stamps are earned by buying burgers in store. Ten stamps = one free burger, offered as a voucher you redeem at the counter. Vouchers can’t be swapped for cash and have an expiry date shown on the voucher.
Leaderboard
The monthly leaderboard resets at the start of each month. Top spots are bragging rights only — no prize money.
Referrals
Send your link to mates. When they make their first order, you both get a bonus. Don’t spam strangers, and don’t refer fake accounts.
Under 13s
If you’re under 13, please ask a parent before signing up. We don’t want to collect data from kids without an adult’s OK.
We can change things
Menu, prices, hours, even these terms — we may tweak them as the shop grows. We’ll let you know if anything important changes.
Stuff we can't help with
Sometimes the app might be down or a feature might glitch. We’ll fix it as fast as we can, but we’re not liable for missed stamps or temporary outages.
