10 burgers, the next one is free

Every burger you buy earns you a stamp on your loyalty card. Once you collect 10 stamps, your 11th burger is on the house — we'll drop a voucher straight into your Loyalty page, ready to redeem on your next visit.

How to get a stamp

There are two ways to earn stamps on your loyalty card:

QR Code Scan: Ask the Burger Lab squad to scan your QR code when you purchase — they'll tap the scanner on your phone and your stamp will be added instantly.

Claim a Receipt: On the Loyalty page, tap Claim a Receipt and enter your receipt number:

• Yoco card receipt — format YYYY/MM/NNNNNN (e.g. 2026/04/000142). These match automatically. If we've already imported the sale, your stamp lands instantly; otherwise it appears when we import the next batch — usually within a day.
• Paper ticket — for cash or non-card purchases. A staff member approves it, usually same-day.

One stamp per receipt, and the same number can't be claimed twice.

How to refer a friend

Open the Referrals page and copy your unique referral link, then share it via WhatsApp or message. When your friend clicks your link, signs up, and makes their first purchase, you earn 100 points on the leaderboard. You also earn 50 points for every burger you purchase. The more friends you refer and burgers you buy, the faster you climb the rankings!

What is the leaderboard and how does it work?

The leaderboard ranks the top 10 users each month based on points earned from referrals (100 points per successful referral) and burger purchases (50 points per burger). It resets at the start of every month, so everyone gets a fresh shot at the top spot and the winner's free burger. Your current rank is shown even if you're not in the top 10 yet.
